A space dedicated to both healing and learning. We offer therapeutic services that restore alignment, relieve pain, and enhance movement—alongside continuing education programs focused on fascia manipulation and the study of functional anatomy through hands-on, evidence-based learning.

At our studio, we take a whole-body approach to pain relief and structural alignment, utilizing techniques such as fascia manipulation. Drawing on decades of experience in manual therapy and movement education, along with our commitment to continuing education, we’ve developed a system that looks beyond surface symptoms to uncover and address the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction.
Every session is designed around you—your goals, your lifestyle, and your body’s unique needs. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to move more freely and feel stronger, we’ll create a treatment plan that helps restore balance, function, and ease of movement.

Your first session begins with a detailed intake, including your health history, lifestyle, and areas of concern. From there, we assess posture, alignment, and full-body movement to understand how your body is working as a whole.
The initial session serves as both an evaluation and a treatment—it allows us to explore how your tissues respond to touch while beginning the process of release and realignment. Utilizing fascia manipulation techniques, we identify and work with fascial adhesions, densifications, and trigger points—areas that often create tension and referred pain throughout the body.
We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your body and your goals. Each session can build on the last, supporting long-term balance, mobility, and lasting relief, while also emphasizing the importance of continuing education in your wellness journey.

Your body has an incredible capacity to heal—but it can also slip back into familiar patterns over time. To support lasting change, we create a personalized corrective exercise plan designed just for you. These targeted movements strengthen areas that have been underused or compensating, helping your body integrate the hands-on work and prevent recurring issues. Additionally, our approach includes continuing education on fascia manipulation, ensuring you understand how to maintain your progress.
We also focus on building body awareness—how you sit, stand, sleep, and move—so you can make simple adjustments that support your posture, healing, and overall performance. Small shifts in daily habits often lead to big improvements in how you feel and move every day.

Fascia manipulation, a key focus in continuing education for bodywork professionals, targets the connective tissue that weaves throughout the entire body, influencing posture, movement, and pain. Using slow, deliberate pressure, we work to release fascia restrictions, restore smooth glide between tissue layers, and rebalance tension patterns. The result is a body that moves with greater freedom and ease. Clients often notice improved alignment, reduced discomfort, and lasting gains in flexibility, resilience, and overall physical performance.

Trigger point therapy targets highly sensitive areas within muscle tissue that can cause pain both locally and in referred regions. By utilizing fascia manipulation and applying specific, sustained pressure, we help interrupt abnormal neuromuscular signals, improve circulation, and restore healthy muscle function. Through ongoing continuing education, we ensure that our techniques remain effective and up-to-date. Clients often experience immediate relief and a noticeable decrease in pain, along with improved movement and freedom from long-standing patterns of discomfort that may have persisted for weeks, months, or even years.

Structural integration works with the body’s fascial architecture to improve posture, alignment, and movement efficiency. Through a series of progressive sessions that may also serve as valuable continuing education, we release chronic holding patterns, realign connective tissues, and restore balance throughout the kinetic chain.
Fascia manipulation is especially effective for addressing long-standing tension, postural imbalances, and movement dysfunction. Clients often notice lasting improvements in how they stand, move, and experience their body in everyday life.

This non-invasive treatment utilizes low-level light from the FDA-approved MicroLight 830 laser to stimulate cellular repair and reduce inflammation. By enhancing ATP production at the mitochondrial level, it supports faster tissue healing, improved circulation, and decreased pain. Cold Laser Therapy is often integrated into continuing education programs that focus on techniques like fascia manipulation, making it a valuable option for treating soft tissue injuries, joint pain, and nerve irritation. Clients typically experience quicker recovery times, reduced discomfort, and improved functional outcomes—without any pain or downtime.

Muscle activation technique targets muscular imbalances that contribute to weakness, instability, and joint pain. Through precise palpation and resistance testing, it helps activate underperforming muscles and restore optimal neuromuscular function, enhancing the effectiveness of fascia manipulation. As a part of continuing education, practitioners can learn how to achieve improved strength, stability, and movement efficiency. Clients often notice enhanced performance, reduced discomfort, and a greater sense of control and confidence in their body.

Restorative movement focuses on retraining movement patterns to improve function, reduce strain, and prevent injury. Through guided, intentional motion and tactile cueing, it helps clients develop greater body awareness, coordination, and control. Continuing education in techniques such as fascia manipulation enhances these practices, allowing practitioners to better support their clients' needs.
Restorative Movement Therapy is ideal for those recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to enhance physical performance. It restores efficient movement mechanics and supports long-term structural and functional resilience.
“After shoulder surgery, I could barely lift my arms above my head. Tracie, with her expertise in fascia manipulation, helped release the tightness and fascia restrictions. Thanks to her ongoing dedication to continuing education, I now have full range of motion again. Her work made all the difference in my recovery.”
“After years of lower back pain, Tracie helped me find relief I didn’t think was possible through her expertise in fascia manipulation. Thanks to her continuing education in this area, I can move freely again without pain.”
“I’d been dealing with constant lower leg pain for months, and no one could figure out why. After participating in continuing education with Tracie, she utilized fascia manipulation techniques to identify and release deep fascial restrictions that were causing the problem. The pain is gone, and I finally feel normal again.”

Enhance your continuing education by learning advanced therapeutic fascia manipulation techniques through integrated anatomy lectures and hands-on practice.

Study human anatomy and the fascial layers up close through cadaver dissection in this continuing education course—an immersive, hands-on exploration of fascia and human anatomy taught with precision, curiosity, and deep respect for the human form.
The advanced fascia release workshop significantly transformed my approach to bodywork. Tracie’s teaching effectively bridges science and touch, making complex anatomy easy to understand and immediately applicable. I left with new skills and a deeper appreciation for the body’s interconnected design, enhancing my continuing education in fascia manipulation.
The dissection course was one of the most powerful learning experiences I’ve ever had. Seeing the fascial layers firsthand gave me a completely new understanding of anatomy and how it relates to my work in myofascia release. Tracie teaches with such precision and reverence. This experience truly embodies the essence of continuing education, and it changed the way I see every client.
“Participating in both the dissection and advanced fascia release workshops gave me a complete understanding of fascia, from the internal structure to its external application. Tracie connects everything with such clarity and care. My hands, my eyes, and my understanding of the human body will never be the same.”
